I saw the final version of the movie After Death at it's premier in Utah a couple of days ago and, WOW, it is awesome! I can hardly wait for it to be released to theaters on October 27th because it is powerful, beautiful, challenging, and is filled with great hope.

Here are some behind-the-scenes photos from the Utah premier;

The premier gave my husband and me a good excuse to dress up on our anniversary

It was great to catch up with authors and IANDS (international association of near death studies) colleagues Dr. Jeffery Long, Dr. Jeff O'Driscoll, Don Piper, and Martin Tanner!

Sharing a moment with Don Piper (author of 90 Minutes in Heaven) during the Q&A that followed the movie screening.

Watching a powerful film like *After Death* can leave a lasting impression because so much thought goes into creating an experience that feels meaningful. Although audiences mainly see the finished movie, the result depends on careful planning, teamwork, and many details that people may never notice. Interestingly, this idea applies to other areas of life too. Whether someone is producing a film, renovating a home, or planning a workplace, the quality of the final result often depends on the decisions made behind the scenes.

What a special evening, and a lovely way to celebrate your anniversary too. It must have been wonderful to see the finished film with so many of the people whose stories and research shaped it, and the Q&A with Don Piper sounds like a highlight. Thank you for sharing these behind-the-scenes moments with readers who could not be there.

Anomalous Coffee Machine is a captivating horror experience that I frequently revisit for some leisure during my free moments. Investigating the unsettling kitchen and maneuvering over the game's obstacles engenders a feeling of exhilaration and heightened concentration, as though each click or slight movement would unveil the subsequent enigmatic occurrence. The disquieting ambiance and eerie auditory elements create a setting that is both tense and soothing, enabling me to immerse myself in the game's universe and abandon my concerns. The combination of suspense and sporadic lightheartedness during puzzle-solving creates an indelible experience, which is exactly why I repeatedly return to engage with it.

Watching the final version of After Death at its premiere in Provo, Utah, was a powerful experience. Its themes of hope, reflection, and the meaning of life encourage us to think more deeply about what matters most. Interestingly, this reflection also connects to something we often overlook in our busy lives: the importance of caring for our health. While a film can inspire us to reconsider our outlook and appreciate each day, our everyday choices help us put that appreciation into practice.

One practical way to do this is by paying closer attention to nutrition. I appreciate the article Everyday Nutrition Tips for Heart Health, Thyroid Support, and Weight Management because it emphasizes realistic changes rather than quick fixes. Just…
